Access support to help navigate payer processes

J&J withMe can provide information and resources on the prior authorization process and reimbursement information to help your patients get started on their prescribed J&J medicines:

  • Prior authorization resources
    • CoverMyMeds is a third-party service provider whose standard process allows for the secure electronic communication of prior authorization requests, inquiries, or notifications between providers, payers and pharmacies through their online portal. Providers can access this functionality on CoverMyMeds.com. CoverMyMeds does not fill out any information that requires the medical judgement of the prescriber, and only the prescriber can determine whether to submit a prior authorization for a determination.

Patients who need help determining their coverage and out-of-pocket costs for INVOKANA®, INVOKAMET®, and INVOKAMET® XR should speak with their pharmacist or their insurance provider.

Support for patients using commercial or private insurance:

J&J withMe Savings Program

  • Eligible commercial or private patients pay $0 per month for INVOKANA®, INVOKAMET®, and INVOKAMET® XR. Maximum program benefit per calendar year shall apply. Terms expire at the end of each calendar year. Offer subject to change or end without notice. Restrictions, including monthly maximums, may apply. Not valid for patients using Medicare, Medicaid, or other government-funded programs to pay for their medicines. See program requirements.
  • Online enrollment and tracking of patient Savings Program benefits by you, the pharmacy, or the patient
  • For providers and pharmacies:
    • Express Enrollment at Portal.JNJwithMe.com/Express allows you to check patient eligibility and enroll patients in the J&J withMe Savings Program

    For patients:

    • Patients can text “SAVINGS” to 48798 (message and data rates may apply*) or use Express Enrollment at Account.JNJwithMe.com to receive an electronic card that can be saved to their mobile wallet, or they can register for the Savings Program and sign up for ongoing support at INVOKANA.com

Treatment support to help your patients get informed and stay on prescribed treatment

J&J withMe provides additional support to your patients taking J&J medicines, informed about their condition and the importance of staying on treatment with:

    Patients and caregivers can create an online account where they can enroll in the J&J withMe Savings Program, if eligible, manage their benefits, and find support throughout their treatment journey.

Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Program

Patient assistance from Johnson & Johnson is available if your patient is uninsured or has commercial, employer-sponsored, or government coverage that does not fully meet their needs. Your patient may be eligible to receive their medicine from J&J at no cost for up to one year if they meet the eligibility and income requirements for the Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Program.
